Ultimately, commitments are a reflection of our priorities and the responsibilities we have chosen to take on in our personal and professional lives. **

I also commit to deepening my spiritual practice through prayer, meditation, and reflection, as well as attending religious services regularly. Additionally, I make a commitment to give up a specific indulgence or habit that may be distracting me from my spiritual growth, such as limiting my time on social media or cutting back on sweets. **

Commitments help me stay focused and accountable, while constraints provide structure and boundaries that can lead to greater creativity and productivity. I believe that embracing commitments and constraints can ultimately lead to personal growth and success. **
