Ultimately, the extent to which one can shift into an animal or shape-shifter while reality shifting may vary depending on individual beliefs and practices. **

Shifting cultivation, also known as slash-and-burn agriculture, is carried out by clearing a patch of land and burning the vegetation to release nutrients into the soil. The cleared land is then used for farming for a few years until the soil fertility declines, at which point the farmers move to a new patch of land and repeat the process. This method allows the land to naturally regenerate over time, but it can also lead to deforestation and soil degradation if not managed sustainably. **

Shifting is the process of changing one's physical appearance, gender expression, or identity to align with one's internal sense of self. This can involve changing clothing, hairstyle, makeup, and other aspects of presentation. Shifting can also involve using different pronouns and names to reflect one's gender identity. It is a way for individuals to express their true selves and feel more comfortable in their own skin. Shifting works by allowing individuals to outwardly express their internal gender identity, helping them to feel more authentic and aligned with who they truly are. **

On the other hand, if your shoulders are wider than your hips and you have a defined waistline, you probably have a V-shape body. It's important to remember that everyone's body is unique, and these are just general guidelines to help you understand your body shape. **
